Refund Policy

1. AI Art Generation (Digital)

Free Generations

Your first 3 generations are free and non-refundable (no payment was made).

Paid Generations

If you've purchased additional generations and are unsatisfied with the results:

  • Generation Credits: Unused generation credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase
  • Used Credits: If you're unsatisfied with generated art quality, contact us for a case-by-case review
  • Technical Issues: If generation fails due to technical problems, we'll restore your credits

2. Canvas Prints (Physical Products)

Damaged or Defective Products

If your canvas arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund
  • No need to return the damaged item

Quality Issues

If the print quality doesn't meet your expectations (colors, resolution, etc.):

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • We'll review your case and offer a replacement or refund

Change of Mind

Because each canvas is custom-made with your unique AI-generated art:

  • We generally cannot accept returns for change of mind
  • However, we understand creativity is subjective – contact us and we'll try to help

3. Shipping Issues

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
  • We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund

Delayed Shipments

While we can't control carrier delays:

  • If significantly delayed (14+ days past estimated delivery), we'll offer a partial refund or store credit
  • You may cancel for a full refund if not yet shipped

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your order number
  3. Describe the issue and include photos if applicable
  4. We'll respond within 24-48 hours

5. Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Generation Credits: Restored immediately

6. Exceptions

We may not be able to offer refunds in cases of:

  • Damage caused by the customer
  • Requests made outside the refund window
  • Abuse of the refund policy
  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
